The current home of Germany’s parliament. The Reichstag was bombed out during WWII and the dome has since been redesigned and rebuilt. It now sits on top of an upside-down solar cone that powers the whole building. To me, solar power is cool and progressive and all, but this dome still looks a little out of place.
